Could have been better -
Booked 2 king rooms well in advance of check-in date. Upon arrival, the registration clerk informed me that he only had one king available. He made it very clear that 3rd party booking companies 'don't know what we have on hand so you take what you can get.' He was able to 'find something close' on a different floor. After the other couple settled in to their room on the 2nd floor, they found that it took more than 20 minutes to get any hot water in the shower. When reporting it to the front desk agent, they were told, 'yeah, it usually takes at least 10 minutes for it to get hot.' Apparently, this is normal and acceptable. I will say that the room was comfortable, the fridge and a/c were working fine, and there were no 'stale' odors anywhere. The shower in our room could use a de-scaling and some baseboard cleaning, but other than that it was fine. Not positive that I would stay here again unless the front desk agents undergo some guest relations training.
