I called the night b4 for late checkout and the front staff said it wasnt a problem and to call back in the morning. When I did the lady said it WASN'T possible and asked if I was a timeshare member. I was so overwhelmed having to pack up the kids quickly as we were to be out asap. I had no sleep because of my teething baby who cried all night long the night before and I thought I would have more time to pack up but I obviously didnt. I had a pleasant time up until that moment.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is very quiet, clean, and nice. We had a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, we could not cook but we were able to prepare our coffee or tea, our toast, etc. The bathroom was spectacular, clean, and had no mold which is the first thing I look at when entering. The bed is very comfortable. Really easy to go skiing. All was amazing, looking forward to returning very soon.
