Don't stay here
I cannot recommend this property. The Loft House bills itself as a 4-star property. It is not. At least not as currently managed. The room we were in seemed either unfinished or poorly finished. The price point for what was received is far too high. I don’t know if the management is still trying to finish the room or to figure out how to operate it, but the experience was unacceptable.
In terms of the experience of staying in the room, the room seemed tidy enough at first, but after some looking around, it was clear that there hadn’t been much attention paid to making things nice for visitors. The common space was large and open, but quite echoey and in need of an area rug to soften sound.
In the bedrooms, there were three queen beds, but for some reason only three pillows. The remote control for the television also did not work so there was no way to use the device. Finally, there were open spaces at the top of the wall between the two bedrooms that let through light and all noises between the rooms.
In the bathroom, there was a laundry room without a door on it, but the laundry room was messy and had bags of laundry sitting around in it. It seemed like it was for the use of the property management or cleaners and should be closed off and locked. In the various cupboards in the bathroom, there seemed to be a variety of cloths and cleaners just thrown haphazardly in. Finally, while there were enough towels for us to shower with, there were no hooks or rods to hang up us
