Basic hotel. worth the price.
The hotel has all that you need for a basic ski vacation. The breakfast and dinner are basic but fresh and tasty. It is indeed ski in-out hotel but it is far from all the other attractions and you must take a taxi anywhere. My friend is Vegan and the staff went out of their way to find him something to eat. So +1 for staff friendliness! on the downside, the jacuzzi and sauna need to be paid for separately and need to be booked in advance. Bottomline - good hotel for a tight budget.

Not for families!
I stayed with my family for two nights. The hotel is not for family stay. There are no F&B services enough, we had to go somewhere for lunch because of the lack of A-la-carte service. We have been accommodated in a clean a tidy room. But the bed provided was not a double bed, they were twin beds connected in one. However, it feels that the problem is the management, not the staff. All staff without any exception are so friendly and prompt. Strongly not recommended for families!
