Excellent stay
Everything about this place is a 5 star, literally from the moment you walk in to the check out everything was superb. Service, food, facilities. The outdoor spaces are spectacular and the fact that you can walk out and explore the waterfalls on your own is great. Highly highly recommend it. Also if you consider Melia hotel, it’s a trap 5 star hotel which is really a 3 star very bad experience there previously.

Spend the extra money
This was one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. I used hotels.com nights so that I could stay here in what is really a quite expensive room rate. However, the concierge was amazing. Very insightful and gave us good advice. My daughter and I had the best massage of our lives in the spa. I would travel halfway across the world for that spa. The beds were uber comfortable and the food was excellent.

Old World Charm.
Old world charm. This hotel is located 25 minutes inside the park entrance. I can’t even begin to convey the peacefulness that comes over you while staying here. It’s surrounded by jungle and the falls right across the street. Our room, Jr. Suite in the garden wing, was well appointed and very comfortable. I really hated to leave.
