Disappointing stay in Vienna
Large queue to check in, had to pay 500 euros authorisation which still hasn’t been released. Room was ok, but shower wasn’t great. TV only had 3 English channels which were just American news channels! Normally you can connect your Netflix/TV apps to TV’s in hotels. Overall think the price was very expensive for what I received.

Housekeeping well below Marriot standards. Almost every day I had to report a complaint from freezing water in the shower to poor cleanning to stained pillows,etc Poorly trained front desk staff with even worst English and no proactive attitude with the notable exception of Ms Sandra Facts not complaints: noisy neighborhood courtesy of the subway; expect a good 30 minutes to Stephanplatz; old, renovated building with slow elevators; expensive grocery shops and low quality restaurants
