We were impressed with the Novotel. We had a hotel room which was perfect. I booked a pool view with balcony. The room was clean, reasonable size and had a good balcony with a little squirrel visitor. The staff, well they were always attentive and every person kind, thoughtful, helpful and always smiling. The Balinese are just the most wonderful people. Food was okay but well priced, and we loved the happy hour cocktails. Perfect place to relax and take it easy. Might not be as upmarket as other places but still we thought it was great value. Thanks to all staff. The beach transport was every 15 minutes and easy to use. Loved being able to go to the white sandy beach with lounges, a place to eat too. Consider it was good value for money

Great Resort in Nusa Dua. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 8 nights with wife and 3 kids aged 14 12 and 8 in the 3 bedroom 3 bathropm auitw with private pool. Amazing room, abosulutelu huge. The only downside of the resort is the lack of variety in restaurants (only 1) or the menu at the restaurant not changing to create variety.

Beautiful resort grounds. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast bar had really good food. Lunch was just ok. Nearby Japanese restaurant is delicious and within walking distance. Beach club was nice although the water is too rough for small kids. Lots of waves making it difficult for little ones to swim. Great beach amenities. They also allowed us to stay at the resort after checkout to enjoy the amenities and gym showers before our late flights. They stored our luggage for us during this time. The rooms have been well used and could use some refreshing but overall was a nice place.
