Great location and excellent staff.
Excellent staff. Very helpful, friendly and always attentive. Great location 15 min walk to old San Juan. More of a local feel and not touristy. Good Bakery (Bertha’s) and breakfast location (Tostados) just outside. Easy to get around, offers parking. I would stay there again.

We love the location, in very calm and clean neighborhood and the staff were very friendly and helpful the property was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the mold in the kids room on the wall behind the bed :( at first we didn't really noticed it since we spent the majority of our time outside touring the island but in our last night my oldest kid who is 9y old was coughing while sleeping and when I went to his room and opened the door the room smelled very bad and when I inspected the room I was shocked, behind his bed and pillows a moldy wall and a nasty smell. Since it was our last night and we were leaving I didn't make a big deal of it but today 3 days later my kid is still coughing and has a rash. :( I really hope the management will do something about it so others won't have the same experience we had. Other than that we really enjoyed the place.

In general really pleasant place with friendly stuff, shopping, and dining. We are family of four: two adults, teenager, and 5y.o. It's a home like property.Walkable distance to Old San Juan center walking throughthe nice squares. Parking on site that is great as we have used car for shopping and beaches. Public transportation one block down. We are experienced travelers and we have stayed at different property types in PR in the past. The mini split systems in the bedrooms are great solution for good sleep and cooling as it less noisy comparing to other types of AC and more efficient. In the same time AC is absent in the living room, but if you leave doors open into bedrooms and lower the temperature then it feels fine. Shower! It is really hot shower that is awesome! Most of the places that we have stayed had warm to almost like warm water and it made showering as a nightmare specially for little one. On the first floor is nice working space for people working on the go with complementary coffee machine that also makes nice capuchino and latte. I would suggest some add ones (improvements) to the property..... The sink in the bathroom is little bit to high for 5 y.o and would be great to leave or offer step stool for families with little kids. One thing that we were missing is microwave. Hope it was helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the San Agustin Apartments. We were three and had a 2 bedroom apartment with living room/dining room and a mini-kitchen - very clean and convenient. During this mid-June 2023 stay, there was a lot of construction happening all around so it was noisy, full of trucks and building materials but it should be something special when finished. The staff was very, very friendly, courteous, efficient, and helpful- especially Frances!! It is about a 5 minute drive (or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk) to the main tourist area of Viejo San Juan. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

Very confortable, clean, and affordable. Excellent to crush after a long recreational day. The people who work there are very friendly and professional, they even let is check in early, we are very thankful for it!
