Nice hotel and service with some imperfections
Lovely service from the staff and nice hotel! Amazing massage too and nice breakfast - it would be good for some more hot options for vegetarians maybe veggie sausages or something. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit poor, their was always hair in our room and bathroom that wasn’t ours and they never cleaned the mirrors. The bathrooms were a little mouldy on the tiles, so maybe just need a big deep clean but it didn’t ruin the stay, just be mindful of it. The restaurant food wasn’t very nice tbh, but the cocktails were yummy! Otherwise this was a really nice hotel and they were extremely helpful with all of our questions. I would recommend staying here even though it was 100% perfect!

Its a great property in the center of this city and is very well maintained. Service is very good and staff is friendly. On the negative side, they charge extra for things that should be available as standard in a hotel of this type: 5 Euros/night for kettle in the room? extra charges for omelettes etc. in breakfast? pool renamed as "spa" and charged on a per hour basis?? Overall, a pleasant experience, but could have been better with a little more transparency about pricing.

Awful service
Terrible service at the front desk. Very rude. Called at 1:30 am because they accidentally double charged us and couldn’t wait until the morning to remedy. Took over 30 minutes to check us in and the front desk upgraded our room without consulting with us and charged extra.
