friendly hotel close to beach
Excellent facilities and wonderful breakfast. Room had excellent view over harbour and beach. Good sized room but air con broke down and could not be repaired - offered another room - but with excellent view decided to stay put. Really good stay.

Run down, shabby room!
When I arrived at the hotel the room I was initially given had a broken door (it would not shut at all let alone lock), the bed was not made up and there was rubbish everywhere and parts of the wall were falling off. I returned to reception and politely told them that the room was very damaged and I was treated as if I were in the wrong! I was given a different room and it was much better but still had damaged plaster on the walls and had a musty smell. It was reasonably clean but it seemed very dingy and old. They advertise having a laudry but that was out of order for the four days I was there. The decor of the whole place was very dated.

not impressed
Stayed for a week in october,mainly based for spanish tourists.Entertainment was poor for kids.This hotel was leaking during two days of heavy rain,staff had big bowls in restaurant and bars to collect the rain water coming through the roofs.Bar staff were quite pleasant.went all inclusive,food was good and varied through out the week.The room we had was facing on to another block of rooms.

Great Location, Lovely Staff
Booked the Fenicia for a last minute 5 day break. It's in Old Town, just a stroll from the beach, and really handy for everything. We went half-board - lots of variety and plentiful food, no complaints. The staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Tea/coffee facilities are not already in the room, but have to be requested at Reception, when they are promptly delivered by Housekeeping. Rooms vary as to size & outlook but the staff were quite happy to let me see a few before I found 'the one'. I'd definitely stay here again.

point positif très bon emplacement,vue sur la mer,en centre ville,a 100 mètres de la plage point négatif très bruyant,pas de clim,assenseurs en panne pendant notre séjour,nourriture moyenne,restaurant trop petit attente pour pouvoir avoir une table, la propreté de la chambre est moyenne beaucoup plus de points négatif que positif,

Misligeholdt hotel
Vi have booket 2 værelser. De var vidt forskellige til trods for de lå lige ved side af hinanden. Møblerne var gamle og slidte og ikke mindst sengen, en 1½ , mands seng var forfærdelig. På det ene værelse var der en fladskærms tv, på det andet værelse, 467, var et lille 14" gammeldags tv som ikke virkede, så lad være med at sætte tv op. Swimmingpoollen var indendørs unden liggestole.

Ok hotell, men mye støy
Helt ok Hotell. Masse støy ut forbi som du hørte utrolig godt inne, i tillegg til at hotell underholdningen varte til 12 på kvelden og av og til lengre. Fin tak terrasse man kunne sole seg på, men eneste muligheten for avkjøling var et barnebasseng.
