By far the best place we have stay in. Hotels are in trouble if this is the new way of the future. I will stay again and I will recommend it to all. It’s close to everything in San Juan. Beautiful place

Our stay at Casa Ciana was fantastic! We were late getting into town, and all we had to do was ring the phone button on the door to be let inside to our beautiful residence for the next two days. We were given our own key code from that point on. The apartment is decorated beautifully and has a cozy feel. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has it’s own temperature control. The shower was roomy. The kitchen was the perfect size for a short stay and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. The neighborhood was a short drive to Old San Juan, but we also spent time exploring right in the neighborhood. We found a food truck park, a great pizza joint, spectacular fresh bread and pastries. The location was fantastic for our needs. The owner was very interested in ensuring our happiness and gave us great suggestions of places to enjoy and was insistent we call if we needed anything. This place is a real find!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Very helpful with getting checked in. Flew in late and had everything set up for us. Had stuff in the fridge for us as well. Very clean and the bed we slept in was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a safe, clean, modern location.

Very well designed brand new property with all basic amenities available. Staff is extremely friendly with some excellent tips to explore San Juan. Mall & T-Mobile district within minutes of drive and lot of dining options nearby. They have their own private parking.
