The staff was great. The location could not be better. From my room I had a great view of Mt. St. Michel. The room was very spacious and clean. Had parking space. The hotel facility is old, but well kept. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. No need to go somewhere else.

The hotel is getting a little tired. Our dinner there was the most expensive meal of our vacation. The best part of staying there was the direct view of Mont St. Michel.

Very mediocre with exception of the view
There is only one great thing about this hotel: the location and view. It feels slightly worn around the edges, horrible perspiration scents in the corridors, meager hospitality (was told we would have the room in 1 hour which became 2).

Our room had a direct view of Mont St-Michel, as did the restaurant, which was very nice. Room was clean and presentable, but a little old, with peeling paint in the bathroom. Despite this, it was an excellent value, and the closest hotel to the Mont. I would stay here again. Remember to get an entry code for the gate to the complex, with the gate the first you come to when you turn in from the main road.

Toilet was not clean upon entry. Room smelled like someone sprayed a whole bottle of perfume. The front desk did not have matches or a lighter. The view and location was the best in the area. Very spacious room. Breakfast was fantastic. Mont st michel is great for one night. A day trip would have been exhausting.

Prior to our departure, we checked almost all the hotels/motels in the area & chose this Hotel because of the MSM view from the hotel room. Ours had a commanding view of the Island & its changing view from morning to evening. I highly recommend this hotel because of its location.
