Don’t usually leave reviews but..
Overall stay was nice. Hotel is lovely & we were considering staying again until we came across the staff which is sad that our opinion was ruined by that. We loved that the hotel was dog friendly but unfortunately some places were not so we thought as long as our dog had food water air & a tv we would be okay with leaving her there. Well I guess that’s not the case because I received a voicemail, which in our opinion the tone was rude, at 12:45 am stating we had left our dog in the hotel from 4-12 and she was crying the entire time and they “made attempts to get ahold of us” and they “are now concerned about the dog”. First of all we took our dog with us most of the day until returning to the hotel & our dog wasn’t crying then. We let her out & We didn’t leave until around 5. Dog wasn’t whining. I can’t speak for what she did while we were gone but each time we came back to let her out she was not crying. Dogs can be left alone 4-6 hours I would know. she did not cry the entire time we were in the room with her nor did anyone call me or our hotel phone. We left again & came back for the night and still no crying. Then the next day the housekeepers are talking about us as we were loading our car & when my husband couldn’t get back into the hotel the woman at the front desk, while chewing her food & talking at the same time made it seem like my husband was an idiot and couldn’t use his hotel key. It was checkout day we knew how to use it by now 😒.

This was a last minute stay b/c we could not drive straight through to get home that day. This was the nicest, cleanest, coolest hotel of our trip to NY and back to IN.

Fine hotel for a quick night
The staff was great and the hotel smelled super clean, though our room floors weren’t too clean we noticed based on our socks a few minutes after taking off shoes upon entering room. The room size was great though, which was nice! The breakfast was also a nice addition. Proximity to the airport is great for those who are traveling, though we did not fly in or out so that did not impact our trip. Otherwise, we were not super impressed. It felt very industrial in the hallways and lobby which personally I did not find super inviting, not a big issue and some people may find that interesting but we did not really enjoy. The things that did stand out in a negative way to us- the AC made a ridiculously loud clunky noise every time it turned on or off which woke us up throughout the night because it was so loud. The space from below the door is also pretty wide so a lot of light came in from the hallway. Also, whenever the elevator would go down, it felt and sounded like something was wrong and it was going to break down which was terrifying, though going up had no issues. Overall the hotel was fine for a quick night. Nothing super “warm” about it and I would not stay again if it were a lengthy trip. For a 1 night trip with an early flight, I think this is a great option.

Nice hotel but needs improvement for handicapped
Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Elevator was broke and had to walk our special needs daughter outside to get to the second floor room and then back down to go to breakfast. No handicap ramp in parking lot. Walk in shower was good but no seat to sit her on.

You’re gonna love it here
This hotel is a hidden gem! The style and the unbelievable cleanliness of it was out of this world. The decor and rooms were excellent! Very pet friendly and kind staff. And the wine dispenser in the lobby when you walk in, mind blowing! I would give this hotel 100 stars
