There is plenty of greenery for the kids to run around after a fun day at the beach. Have a little work to do while you're here? The upstairs office includes a work desk and private balcony access, and the high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. There is an extra full-size refrigerator in the garage for backup beverages and plenty of parking for friends and family. Take a short walk to the sound-side beach access, where the kids can play in the water with calmer waves. Or you can take a short bike ride to public beach access to enjoy the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the Blue Angels air show. This home welcomes up to two dogs, so every member of the family can join in on the fun. You'll have a large yard and this home is within walking distance to the sound and the Gulf of Mexico, and only two miles from the local Dog Beach West. Don't forget to stop by the boardwalk where you'll find restaurants, shops, and fun nightlife. A high chair, Pack 'n Play, and baby gates make this home perfect for all your family needs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
