These are Covid times so it’s a little hard to meet normal standards, but the hotel should at least inform you that there will be no cleaning of rooms, including replacement of glasses or even coffee pods. Our suite was fine but bland. Bed and pillows comfortable. Great location.

Could be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Definitely the best bathroom and shower, I could stay in there the whole day. Many thanks to the bell hop for helping her us settled. Only downside would be stairs to get into the hotel and offsite parking. Will pack lighter next time :)

The hotel is fantastic in a very nice area in the Old city. During the night it was very quiet as it is step a way from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quebec city, but in the Old QC. Perfect Location. There are many galleries and up scale boutiques around it and it is across the Museum of Civilization. The room was fantastic, the bed very comfortable, the shower was great with plenty of water pressure. There is Nespresso coffee machine with 6 coffee capsules in the room, which made our mornings great! There is also free espresso coffee and cappuccino in the cafeteria. The service was great and also there is a free 3 hours bike rental which was fantastic to explore the bike paths and parks QC has to offer. i will definitely return to this hotel.

Very nice and comfy hotel
Bed was super comfortable, service excellent, shower was huge! Good coffee options and breakfast ''boxes'' available as well for an extra fee. Restaurant next door seemed very good but we were unable to get a reservation for the three days we stayed there as it was full every night already.

The main issue is there is no parking on site. So guests had to drive to a public parking then walk back to the hotel. I was also told I would receive a text or call when the room was ready. I returned to the hotel at 4:40pm as checking was not possible at 2pm... they still had not called. Both of these issues not major in the summer but could be very problematic when the weather cools.
