Cute hotel in a great location
Cute hotel right where all the sites are. Can walk to almost everything from the hotel. The rooms are very minimalist...ie no coffee, no fridge, etc. And the "city view" was literally a closed in corner of the building. But the service was great. We asked for some ice for our drinks and were given a wine pail full of ice with 2 wine glasses. The breakfast was really good too.

Hidden is a narrow street, the property is bright and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect, everything is very walkable - churches, castle, town. No parking nearby, so drop your bags first, then drive to the local underground garage to park.

Not quite as advertised
Sometimes it's the little things. Like having checked before hand that if I pay for a "superior room", I'll at least have a coffee machine in the room as stated on their website. Upon getting there, being told "the web designer must have made a mistake" because there was no coffee machine in the smaller-than-i-expected room and the one in the lobby wasn't free, or going down into the breakfast area on another level within the given breakfast hours. Maybe not a big deal to some but a hassle to someone like me who gets constipated while traveling, haha, with a quiet coffee in my room as the cure. Aside from that, while the room was quite small for something they call superior, it was very very very clean which is super appreciated. Kudos to the custodial staff!

We had a lovely stay at Mouraria! The rooms were very nice and the service was great. We liked that it was walkable to the main downtown Lisbon areas. However, I would be careful if you are a lone traveler since we felt a little unsafe in the surrounding area.

While it is in an unusual location, up a narrow side street, and you have to talk from a parking garage to get to it, the hotel itself was excellent. Breakfast had a nice selection, everything was clean, staff was very helpful. Rooms are small, but if you just need a clean comfortable place to sleep, it is perfect.

The hotel was new and clean , the 2pm check in time was a positive, breakfast was very nice. The room was small but cute, as Lisbon is the capital hotels seemed expensive in this area, so this hotel seemed more affordable with the trade off being the size of the room. It was easy to get to the Castelo de Jorge from the hotel, and to the main down town shopping area. We liked this hotel.
