Booker Beware - Bait and Switch on Room
We had stayed here before and I selected a room through the site that matched the pictures of the room I expected we would be assigned. However, the pictures assigned to the room selection ARE NOT in fact the rooms you receive. The room I was assigned to was in the older part of the hotel and not as the picture reflected when choosing the room I thought I was to have. The rooms are extremely dated and in the first room I was placed, the "shower" was on the side of the fixed original bathtub in about 6' of space and then a glass wall had been put up. The hotels own website doesn't not accurately reflect the room you receive when choosing based on the pictures. This is the first time I have ever not been assigned the room reflected in the pictures. DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THIS HOTEL - Bait and Switch on the rooms. Absolutely no resolution when I spoke to the 2 people at the hotel. They need to accurately reflect the state of the older portion of the hotel, even their own website doesn't accurately reflect the room you receive in the older part of the hotel.

Very disappointing. “Premium” room not so premium. Heater rattled, road outside noisy and ugly. Substitute room still had trash from previous guest and smelled. Second substitute room had a substantial up charge...not worth paying. Third substitute room was tucked away behind the lobby fountain. We relectantly accepted that one. Staff tried, but could not do better.

This is a great resort in Sedona, centrally located (you’re on the main road so not quite as scenic as other spots, but if you don’t mind everything else is fantastic). The restaurant onsite has delicious food w plenty of variety and great music playing (nice atmosphere). Rooms are big, clean and comfy. Modern, pretty decor, hardwood or laminate floors, huge bathroom, cozy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff. I loved that you could connect Netflix from your phone to the tv and they are pet friendly too. If I wasn’t there for a job interview I would have definitely brought my furry friend.

Weather was great first day. next day was chilly and windy but overall during the day was good. I liked location and hotel was just disappointed that restaurant was not open and that was one of the main reasons why I chose that hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The bed was extra comfortable & room was unique. With my booking I received a spa credit and there was confusion between the spa & front desk on it. However I was able to get it at check out. The restaurant was closed so that was a minor inconvenience for meals. Wait times for dinners are long in Sedona!
