Find another hotel!
If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. We have had nothing but a bad experience since we got here. First, it smells like weed in the elevators and on the entire third floor. Second, we could not get anyone to come clean our room the next day because we checked in after 9pm. We asked for new towels and never got them. Our toilet and tub were clogged and wouldn’t drain. Then when we got back at night we tried calling to be let in and were told to read the sign and hung up on. We called down to get new towels and we’re told to come down yourself and hung up on. Denise was at the desk and I have never encountered a ruder person at a hotel. She should not be in customer service. I called back and was told she couldn’t do anything because she is alone. Apparently she can’t push a button to let us in either. Do not stay here!! The cable keeps going out, the rooms are falling apart, the paint is peeling and you can’t get any service. Find another hotel!

Horrible Housekeepers
The rooms are older and show signs of wear and tear. The worst part of the stay was having house keeping yell down the hall with one another, speaking Spanish at 8am on a weekend. They are opening and closing doors loudly without any regards to the time or the people sleeping in. We were on the 5th floor.
