The resort maybe the best in the area, comfortable and has a perfect beach, the staff are nice but they exaggerate as they gesture for getting a tip. It's not comfortable for the clients even you tip 3 or 4 workers it doesn't stop.... the lights in my room was few and so dim. Otherwise all the other things was good, even the food was better than expected.

When me and my friends were picked up from the airport, the driver of the shuttle didn't even meet us at the door. We had to call multiple times and look for him outside. We then tried calling the hotel for some information regarding our reservation but nobody picked up. We called every single number that was associated with Swiss Inn, and still no answer. We got there and asked if we can check out late when we leave. They said it would be fine since we had a later flight. We then
