Out of the five hotels that we stayed in on our recent trip to Italy, this one was our favorite. The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were amazing! The dining area is beautiful and it was such a nice way to start our day. The hotel is in a great location, with a lot of restaurants and shopping close by, and it was a short walk to the train station. We loved our stay, and hopefully we'll get the opportunity to visit again!

Fabulous hotel, theming is really fun and novel. We had a gigantic hell themed room with really high ceilings. The room was beautifully decorated and fun, albeit a little unsettling at night! The lobby is huge, well themed and dominated by the enclosed courtyard where the restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. They have numerous bars and books and crannies to explore. Staff were super friendly and efficient, no complaints there, our room was ready early and the bottle of champagne was kept cool with ice even though we arrived later than expected. Location is wonderful, the hotel is the heart of a small piazza were locals eat at the outdoor restaurant. It's about 10 minutes walk to the Doumo. Amenities were the only negative, there is a sauna which was nice, then a room with cold water showers and a place to relax at room temperature. The gym is really small and cramped, they have 2 treadmills and a bike downstairs but you are really on top of one another.

Simply the best, better than all the rest. An awesome hotel, with unique style and beauty. Fun styled rooms with comfy beds, best showers and lots of song lyrics, humour, literary information. Great location and great hotel! Much bigger than we thought -great amenities including a cinema! Mini bar was free. Breakfast is not included. Additional bars and restaurants at the hotel were great additions (multiple!). Also cozy room to wait around if your room is not ready yet upon check in. They also held our bags during check out as our train didn’t leave until later in the day which made it easy for us to explore more.

We loved our stay here. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was big and worked well. The decor was super pleasing and quite charming. We adored the hotel bar and used the courtyard to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Location was great - walking distance from most of the big sites.
