Beaver Creek Resort, just steps from the Centennial and Strawberry
Park Lifts. Situated on the third floor of the luxurious Beaver Creek
Lodge, the thoughtfully designed one-level floor plan with a
wood-burning fireplace also has a private patio with a hot tub and
outdoor grill. The amenity rich building offers concierge and front
desk services, valet, year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool, fitness
center with sauna and steam room, shopping and onsite restaurant with
room service. This immaculately cared for residence includes one
parking space and ski lockers in the garage.

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all

counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use
special cleaning products that are effective towards killing
viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small
brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable
cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning,
including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet
knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with
others.

Please allow 2-3 hours time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle
Airport. Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and
that you may be driving at night.
From Denver: Take I-70 West from Denver to Exit 167 (Avon). At the
bottom of the exit ramp, enter the roundabout and go 3/4 around to
pass under I-70 on Avon Road. Go straight through the next round-about
(staying on Avon Road).
From Eagle: Take I-70 East from Eagle to Exit 167 (Avon). Bear right
at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Avon Road.
Continued:
You will pass through two more roundabouts through town. At the last
roundabout take the second right into Beaver Creek Resort.
The Welcome Gate staff will ask your destination. Explain that you are
staying at Beaver Creek Lodge. They may ask for reservation
information.
Proceed up Village Road approximately 2 miles, and pass under the
chairlift. Immediately after you go under the bridge and before
reaching the "Do Not Enter Sign," you will see a wooden garage door on
your LEFT. This is before the Beaver Creek Lodge Entrance, so if you
pass that simply turn around.
Pull up to the garage door and the keypad is on the left, on the wall.

The parking spot is to your right all the way to the end, it is one of
the last spots on the left labeled 324 (one space only).
The entrance door is at the other end of the parking lots and there
should be a luggage cart inside that door.
There is a service elevator to use while you bring you luggage up.
Take it to the 3rd floor. Once you exit turn right, right, and then
your 2nd right. This is the hallway where the residence is located.
The other options is to go through the entrance after you load your
luggage, in the garage and take the regular elevators to the 3rd
floor, you will take a left out of these elevators and to the end of
the hallway.
