Great hotel in the making
The hotel is 3 months old at the writing of this review. So if you like new, this is for you. It has amazing technology, spacious rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. I am sure that the staff is still learning so while I found them helpful and attentive, they seemed green. Not a big thing, but to get to a truly 5 star rating you need the attention. For example, the have no bellhop. Again it was off season, but I and the front desk agent took up our bags. Also, the access by car is extremely difficult as most streets are pedestrian only. Even the front desk had trouble guiding us to the front door when I decided to park and walk to the hotel. Also, if you have a big car, you will have to find off site parking as they have an auto elevator. This was a post office that was beautifully redone so it has it's limitations, one of them being parking. All in all, probably the best hotel I found in the historic center of Logroño. Would return .
