I have various issues with this property. But I will summarise: Dirty, all rooms smell of cigarette smoke, €12.50 for breakfast when it’s practically empty and just consists of ham, cheese and cold beans. The rooms are very noisy, the staff don’t wear face masks (well covering the nose anyway). The water pressure is simply a drizzle. Limited tv channels (only one in English). Dusty rooms. Lumpy pillows and mattress was hardly even noticed. The hotel staff were rude and not interested in providing any form of service to customers. Certainly not recognised or treated like an Expedia Gold member. Good points are the parking is sufficient. I don’t have high hopes for a best western. But this is just diabolical and to be avoided at all costs.

Property is close to the Disney park. Many amenities in need of service, customer service is hit or miss. Some employees seek to represent their brand with exceptional customer support, while others simply ignore you and refuse to assist you with your stay. Room keys were locked out after 1 day in a 3 night stay.
