Love the Summit, they love dogs, rooms are big, clean, staff super friendly. We will be back.
I would not rate this a 4 star hotel. The room was cramped, sparse kitchen ware, uncomfortable sofa bed with scanty bedding, 1 tiny towel bar, electric cosmetic fireplace that did not generate any heat and we could not park at the hotel due to low overhead with our sport box on our vehicle. On the upside - very quiet and did their best to offer safe, clean conditions during Covid. I would rate it a 3 star and expect the rate to reflect this.
Clean, covid friendly, lovely hotel. Elements tapas restaurant in the lobby is Fantastic!!
Great place to stay in Whistler. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would love to return again for another stay.
Wonderful experience, everyone was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I felt very safe the whole time.
Very clean, great location in Village North, cozy apartment with all amenities to keep COVID safe
Everything was great,
It was overall a nice stay. I first want to point out that the service and warmth that we received from the hotel staff was fantastic. It absolutely exceeded expectations. I want to thank everyone at the hotel for this. The part that reduced the number of stars is the facility. It isn't the newest hotel in Whistler, so the facilities may not be in the best condition. However, I think there are things they can quickly fix and upgrade to make the user experience better. One of them is the showerhead. The pressure was so low that I was shivering in the shower and had a hard time washing my hair. I can't even imagine how women with long hair would survive that. I think it'll be rather inexpensive but a nice upgrade for customers. I hope this will be improved before our next stay at the hotel!
Centrally located, spacious rooms, good temperature control, friendly responsive staff.
Central location was excellent. Easy walk to fine restaurants, easy walk to the Audain museum of art. Pet friendly was a big plus for us. They are doing a great job of keeping patrons safe during covid. A small "bad" was the pile of dust behind the refrigerator.
