The perfect Brooklyn experience
After this stay, the Ace Hotel Brooklyn will be our go-to hotel when we visit New York. From the overall hotel atmosphere (welcoming, unique, and efficient) to the restaurant and bar options to the layout and cleanliness of the rooms, we loved everything about our stay this past weekend. We especially enjoyed brunch at As You Are.

BBB - Beautiful, boutique & Brooklyn.
Great customer service from front desk, security and restaurant. Amazingly convenient to everything Brooklyn. Also right across from hoyt-schermerhorn subway stop to get to other side of river aka manhattan, times square etc. Brooklyn is where u wanna stay though. Tons of great breweries and restaurants that are not bombarded by mostly tourists and bankers. Best boutique hotel in Brooklyn baby! We loved it. Perfect hotel for pleasure, a wedding or business. Please check out the 80s style retro-fitted gym on 3rd floor! You will not be disapoint. Had 2 great workouts there.

Great stay at Ace hotel
Everything was great. Its a great vibe and the rooms and facilities met our expectations. Its great that they have a mini fridge in the rooms. Geneva was a very helpful concierge as was everybody we encountered. We left a tip for housekeeping and they wrote little thank you notes back. Be mindful of 2 things though: 1) If you park in the parking lot across the street, the front desk can validate your ticket and give you a discount. Geneva is the only one who mentioned this to us. 2) Our air conditioner was very loud. We stayed in August and forgot to ask about this.
