Hotel Nuvò

The hotel is close to a metro station so it’s very easy to get into the centre of Naples or travel in the opposite direction to the amphitheatre. Rooms are a reasonable size and breakfast has a good selection of options

Great quick stay, one night - room was comfy, clean, terrace lovely.

Hotel is next to a train which drops in the centre. Room 202 is large with a balcony and has a glimpse of the sea (there's a rusty skeleton of a building in the middle of that view which is kind of funny). They have a communal large terrace as well at the back which is lovely! Wi-Fi kept dropping. The kettle had lime-scale inside so I couldn't use it in the morning to make a coffee. I went down to the Reception/Bar to ask for coffees which I could take upstairs and wake-up my husband but the Receptionist just sent me to the breakfast room saying I would have to get it there (meaning, he didn't want to make it as he was too busy with the phone). Fine, I went to the breakfast room which was full and the waitress was busy so I left after 3 minutes. Later that day I asked the Receptionist to tell Housekeeping that the kettle would need cleaning in our room - he promised but then it wasn't cleaned. I didn't complain anymore as there was no point. All this happened on 13.05.2019 - in case management would like to follow-up.. The bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together which would have been fine (I work in a hotel too, it's common) however they weren't securely attached and after sitting down on it the 2 beds started to slip away from each other on the tiling. By the morning there was a gap between them! We booked their shuttle to the airport for €35 which was great considering we paid the same for less distance a week before when we stayed closer to the airport

We were visiting family in the neighborhood so this hotel was perfect. I like how clean and well-maintained the hotel was, it seemed recently renovated. Staff was friendly, helpful, and I had no problem communicating with them in English. Our room was clean with comfortable nice furniture, bathroom upgraded, mini bar was convenient (with charges). Breakfast was wonderful, we enjoyed it very much every morning. It had large selection of local delights (cakes/cookies), fresh egg, fruits. Bravo, we'd love to come back next time! Just a couple of things that can be improved. The hair dryer stopped running every 3-5 minutes and restarted after a while, not very convenient when you're on hurry. The door of our room didn't have a second lock out of reach for toddlers so my son was opening it on his own easily, maybe this is normal in Europe I'm not sure.

Hotel was very clean, great choice for breakfast and very near for getting train into Centre.

Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Located near train station and ticket can be bought from hotel reception.

This was a great hotel. I had an easy check in, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were a nice size. Cons: hotel is not near any restaurants or public transportation. They offer airport shuttle service but it cost 34 euro and you pay to the taxi. The breakfast was only OK. A lot of sweets and not enough variety.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.do yourself a favour and try the rotisserie chicken next door and a glass of local white wine you won't be disappointed.

Needed a place for the night close to Naples airport. The hotel covered my 3 main requirements; parking, free wi-fi and free breakfast! Very clean and modern hotel with a rooftop terrace where we enjoyed a couple of drinks watching the sun go down. The only negative is the location, which is not near anything interesting although there is a metro stop right next to the hotel.

This was the ONLY hotel in Italy that had air conditioning that actually worked. It was a great relief compared to any of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. The coffee shop person was very nice and the people who dug out our car the morning that we left were amazing!
