Woodbridge is easily accessible by train from London and combines excellent independent shops with superb pubs, restaurants and cafes; a fascinating Tide Mill Museum; Deben Leisure Centre; the historic riverside cinema; and stunning walks or cycle routes along the river Deben or through nearby forests and nature reserves. For a longer stay there’s plenty to explore close by on the coast at Aldeburgh, Orford and Thorpeness, or inland at Snape, Framlingham and Sutton Hoo, to name just a few local attractions.
The Space:
Entrance
Flat 3 is on the first floor of Kirby Court, a listed building with idiosyncrasies such as uneven flooring. The apartment has its own front door opening into the entrance with the bedroom and shower room ahead of you and large living area to your right.
Living/Kitchen/Dining
Lovely light and spacious L shaped room overlooking Woodbridge Thoroughfare (pedestrian access for the majority of the day). Beautifully furnished to meet all your needs with stylish furniture, a Smart TV, and even a computer/coffee area with USB port and a couple of bar stools by the window so you can browse the internet and watch the world go by. The kitchen area’s well equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Bedroom
A charming sunny room with king size bed taking pride of place between bedside tables and additional storage in a dressing table, plus hooks with hangers.
Conservatory and balcony
There are bi-folding doors and side doors between the balcony and the conservatory, making the conservatory a great place to sit in the warmth of the sun. The balcony has a particularly low railing, so please note that access is not advised.

Outside
There’s no allocated parking at this self-catering accommodation, however you can pull up outside after 2pm and before 10am for 15 minutes to load and offload and you have a choice of three short stay car parks, Oak Lane being the closest, or Hamblin Road where you can park for a maximum of four hours. For a full day go to Station Car Park (circa £4 for the day). You can park outside the apartment between 6pm and 8am or for free in one of the car parks and log onto the Ringo App in the morning to pay remotely. Woodbridge station is conveniently just five minutes walk away and has an excellent service to Norwich or Ipswich, with easy connections to London.
