    Not safe

We ended up not sleeping here because the room was dirty and it was clear that people were living at the hotel. We didn’t feel safe, and when asking locals they advised us to stay somewhere else. That this hotel was where dope deals were made. Will never return.

The guy up front was not helpful and ignored me when I tried to ask questions. The rooms were very bare and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very small, the shower drain would not drain quickly. It took over an hour to drain after a shower.

When I showed up to the property it was closed. I had reservations and couldn’t use them so I had to drive 15 min down the road and wake some one up at the location in Woodland. It’s a hotel, you should have someone on staff 24/7. What if the place burns down? What if there is an emergency? No staff no help and people are screwed. I was pretty fired up after a long day of fishing I was looking forward toward crashing out, not driving another 15 minutes and waking someone up. This isn’t the only location that has issues, the location in Chehalis told me someone was on staff 24/7 and nope not one person to be found at 6am and doors locked up tighter than a space shuttle going for launch. I will definitely not be staying at any of these locations again.

The Colombian river inn and grille next door is excellent and is is practically on property. Beds are comfortable. Check in was easy.

We were expecting a different experience. We arrived to the property to find full time residents roaming the parking lot staring at my fiance and myself as we went into the room, immediately creeping us out. The doors connecting rooms were screwed shut, but provided no sense of security with a resident in the room that connected it, and the lock on the door unfunctional. The full time residents were loud throughout the night, between enjoying their neighbors and playing loud music in their vehicles. We're usually pretty patient and understanding in small towns, but we ended up booking a room at another hotel a few hours into the night just 10 minutes from this location.

There was cigarette burns in the bed and comforter next to a HUGE brown stain on the sheet, paint had been peeled off the walls in multiple places and it just gets worse.

You get what you pay for. Mold in the bathroom, holes in the walls and pillows that will make you think a $5 pillow is amazing. I'd never stay at another Oyo due to poor sleeping conditions. The bed was mostly comfortable, but the pillows made it impossible to get good sleep and the blackout curtains did not adequately cover the windows, so it was bright enough to read inside my room all night and lots of noisy people around (no soundproofing). You very much get what you don't pay for here.
