The staff was excellent and everything was clean. Like other reviews say, it is extremely outdated. I stayed here close to 10 years ago and it hasn't changed a bit. The wifi was also not very good where our room was located making it difficult to do anything online. For its location in Gatlinburg, this place is still a great budget hotel!

The staff was extremely helpful. The room and the hotel were extremely clean. The pool was one of the best that we’ve experienced in a hotel. Our one disappointment, the hotel restaurant was severely understaffed, and weren’t able to take care of customers the way that they probably wanted to.

The pool central and well-used. Most of the rooms face the pool so it’s loud, and doesn’t close til 10-11 most nights. But if you want to use a fun pool at all hours, this place is for you!

Amazing staff! Rooms were a bit dated but for the price, they were perfect for what we were looking for! My daughter loved the pool even though the temp was a little too warm for me (felt like bath water to me). Elevator issues were annoying but manageable. Great location! We definitely took advantage of the on site trolley stop. I wouldn’t want to be much closer to the crazy crowds on the strip. Overall, great trip!! Will recommend and stay again if we ever come back to Gatlinburg!
