This place is great, but be sure you communicate with the owner on which room you are renting. Some of the rooms are rather small, while others were spacious. Owner was incredible friendly and easy to work with remotely. When there was a small issue with our rooms electric, she allowed us to change to a larger space free of charge. The driveway parking was a saving grace because the streets were so narrow we were nervous someone might scrape our rental car. We were happy to park it behind the gate off the street. The neighbors have a very barky dog, and he would bark any time he saw us come in and out. We like animals so we didn't mind. Air conditioners work really well.
