Beautiful property and everything was nice. I did find a cockroach on my pillow at night. I highly recommend closing all the drains. Also the maid came at 10:15 when I was checking out to clean she didn’t even have a mascon. Nother hotels they told me they have to let the room air out or they have to wait a certain amount of time but she was there at the door ready to clean. It just makes me think that they are isn’t the standard during this pandemic.

Very nice unit, but there were some inadequacies. As an example, there were no trashcans in the unit and, while there was an iron, there was no ironing board. Most importantly, i scheduled this stay based upon the fact there is a regularly scheduled shuttle to the JW. What was not mentioned to me by the reservation staff prior to my booking was that the shuttle does not start until and does not run during lunch and dinner hours, which are prime times to actually take the shuttle. Very disappointing.
