Mothers Day Stay
The hotel is nicely located, has a nice indoor pool area, outdoor patio, beach, fire pit and kayaking available. It was off season when we stayed so not too many people to contend with. Rooms are a good value. A short drive to eat at Fields at the Wilderness, which was spectacular!

Great place to stay!
Our room included a pass to Knuckleheads so that was unexpected. The indoor pool was small but there weren't many people staying there so it was more than enough. Our room was clean and well maintained. The front desk person was nice and friendly. It was super close to everything but not over crowded like the big waterpark places. We really enjoyed our overnight stay!

dogs in the room next to us barked on and off for several hours. then from 12:30 in the morning for over an hour the couple in the room next to us were fighting and she locked him out of the room and he continued to bang on the door and scream profanities, not sure if he finally left but didn't care because we were finally able to get some sleep

I like that it is family friendly. The knuckleheads tickets were such a treat for my 6-year-old. We went there every day. I want to go back to Baker's Sunset Bay in the summer and go to the lake. I am just a little worried about the indoor pool floor being slippery. I saw a toddler slip and luckily what she was wearing protected her from getting hurt. Overall, it was a good experience as the staff were nice too.
