Clarification
It indicated free breakfast, but when I called the front desk, I was told I have to order from the menu card in my room. The menu card had prices on the breakfast items, so I wasn't sure anymore. I did not call to clarify as it didn't matter that much. I just mention it, because you are asking in this space.

Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. The place is a dive. I’m sure better places can be found in Winnipeg at a far better price. I Would not stay there again.

Good hotel for the value
Staffs were nice. Breakfast was served hot with option, room was clean and spacious. I think the only complain is the fact that the hotel don't have elevator, and the area for some reason does not feel safe.

The room was perfect for the 7 days we stayed there. We asked that maid service be stopped ( due to COVID) and instead they simply emptied the garbage and left clean towels. The area was perfect for our needs and the price was right. Although the outside of the hotel is a wee bit tired, the room was clean and modern. I would stay there again for sure.
