Roaches roaches go away
I was in love with the hotel up until I started to see roaches roaming here and there in the kitchen. On top of that we spent a lot of money on this hotel and our soul purpose of choosing this hotel was really because of the indoor pool, but hardly swam! I understand the corona virus played its part but their limit was 20 at a time, and it was times 20 people weren’t in the pool and we still weren’t allowed to go in

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It really felt like home. My 3 year old was so impressed that she started singing a little song about it, "Our hotel"! I loved all of the amenities, especially the cooktop, so we were able to have some meals in out room as opposed to buying lunch and dinner each day. Would definitely stay there again!

Cleanliness was awesome. Had a 1 bedroom suite so we had plenty of space. The only thing is we nearly froze cause there is only 2 very tiny vents near ceiling. 1 in living room & 1 in bedroom. Bathroom has no vent for heat. The hallway inside room was long & huge with no heat. For a room that large 2 small vents is stupid. I will absolutely stay here again. The location was great. Clean hotel also.

Very nice place to stay
Robert at check-in was beyond expectations. He explained and then made sure I understood where to park and how to get there. He offered things I may have forgotten and then ensured I made it back into the hotel after parking. The room exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and I’m critical. There was no dust in the corners or on the baseboards. The bed linens and towels were very nice.
