Great affordable stay for family of 5
The Grand Magic was a great stay for a family of 5 as a cheaper alternative to the Disney hotels but still with the free shuttle. The food was fantastic both breakfast and dinner, lots of choice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds and very clean. Only downside was that our towels randomly got reduced in number each day so had to keep asking at reception for more. The swimming pool was better than the pictures showed and a perfect way to relax tired feet from all the walking at Disney. The free shuttle was good but a bit unpredictable and not always as per the online timetable, not managed by the hotel though but worth noting. We ended up grabbing an Uber one morning as we had waited too long.

No shuttle from the airport
Our stay is good. But there are some problems with shuttles. The magical shuttle from CDG airport did not leave us in the hotel. I dont know what is the procedure but I asked when I bought tickets and the lady said to me yes the shuttle goes to your hotel. But the driver left us with my kid at Disneyland even he examined my ğayöent receipt and tickets. we had to take a taxi ride to the hotel. It is very unpleasant experience.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff
We loved your hotel and had a lovely stay there. Only things i could say is i felt the bed was too soft and it hurt my back. Also at breakfast there was one coffee machine working on the one side, then that ran out. I told one of the workers there and their solution was to queue around the single working one on the other side with a full restaurant. Instead of just refilling the coffee machines that had run out. Also noticed a lot of people filling large flasks and bottles from your machines. Both coffee and fruit juices. Maybe why you run out

A basic hotel nearby Disneyland Paris
You get what you pay for. Breakfast is fine. The family room is spacious but beware of the mezzanine floor as you won't get always hot water and only one set of elevators reach it. There were no bed lights when we were there and apparently it's not new. The shuttle service is running less frequent than expected so expect aggressiveness and a very uncomfortable ride.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at!
Grand Magic was the highlight of our entire trip. We liked it here better than Disneyland Paris itself! The staff was so friendly, it smelled amazing everywhere, the pool was gorgeous and warm, our room was beautiful and clean and very homey! The breakfast was awesome. We wanted to stay here the rest of our trip because we loved it so much! I wish that there were Grand Magic hotels in the US, because I would exclusively stay there from now on! Grand Magic was more magical than Disneyland itself, seriously.
