I absolutely love this hotel. I stay in hundreds of hotels every year for work and this one is by far in my top 3. The location is perfect being downtown and the rooms are SPOTLESS. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. I never review property’s typically since they just don’t wow me but this one is truly amazing. The manager is very helpful and kind as well which is a huge bonus.

Surprise! We don’t have your booking 😳
I could NOT STAY! There was NO RESERVATION! They were SOLD OUT as we were there for a concert. I had a confirmation email from YOU on Sun. Assuring me that we were all set. As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced.

I’m the hotel wad really nice, right next to venue where concert was and close to restaurants and bars. But, the walls were so thin you could EVERTHING going on outside the door and for several rooms. Kept us awake for most of the night with people coming and going.

This is a nice hotel within walking distance of the ballpark and convention center. Parking is pretty easy. The hotel seems to have been renovated fairly recently. The room was on the fourth floor and it was spacious and comfortable. Probably the biggest bathroom at a “regular” hotel room I’ve ever seen. The king bed was comfortable and the linens fresh. The shower had little pressure and not quite hot enough, but it was serviceable. The wait to check in was quite lengthy because, apparently, a large group showed up right before we got there. The staff worked as quickly as they could with only two people checking in. They charge been understaffed in housekeeping as well because our room was not ready until around 6 pm or so. Went to get breakfast on one morning and it was taken up at 0905 even though the sign said 0930. Overall a pleasant stay, but could’ve been a little better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
