Check-in was a very bad experience. When we arrived, they asked us for a deposit that was not in the terms. The room was NOTHING like what you see in the photos. The elevator was damaged and we had to go up 5 floors with the suitcases and the rest of the days of the stay. The staff refused to help us and solve the problems we had, such as giving us a clean, disinfected room that met what we had paid for.

Pesadelo em Madri!
O hotel tem um quarto ótimo, porém nos colocaram no quinto andar sem elevador, apesar de no anúncio constar a informação da existência de um para transporte dos passageiros. Além do mais, fizemos check-in às 15h e ficamos sem água até 10h do dia seguinte, o que nos obrigou a buscar outro hotel, sem nenhum auxílio do próprio hotel ou da hoteis.com. Saliento, ainda, que não há recepção, o que dificulta muito a solução dos problemas.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im Zentrum, perfekt alles zu fus zu erreichen. Leider ist es im 5. Stock und der Lift ist defekt. Das Zimmer ist klein aber hat ein sehr bequemes Bett und das Bad keine Türe. Für den Preis denn wir bezahlt haben nicht gut genug gewesen.
