Beautiful hotel. I booked a city view room in the Tower but then was “upgraded” to the Palace (great) to a room with no view, no windows, no natural light. Very strange. But the ambience and hotel itself is fantastic.

Perfect!
Hotel is excellent, the staff is really kind and with attention to every guests’ needs. The cheff at the morning breakfast restaurant is really a professional as well as his team. The only moment difn’t worth it was the tea time at Sea Lounge. Food and service is below hotel standard. We even got sick with their food and the price is very high considering the bad quality. Overall, the hotel is ammazing and definitely will come back again next time I visit Mumbai!
