The air conditioning in my room did not work. After sending an "engineer" to my room to fix it, they claimed it was fixed but it was not. Finally was able to get them to move me to another room. All this wasted precious sleep time. Beyond the broken A/C in the first room, the following applies to both rooms I was in. The shower water temperature oscillates between scalding hot and cool every 3 seconds making for a very unpleasant and aerobic shower experience, constantly jumping in/out of the water stream. There are no face towels; be prepared to use the large hand towel to wash your body. Glass shower door did not close completely resulting in water on bathroom floor. Broken light fixtures and broken electric outlet. Finally, the service and food quality in the hotel restaurant was very poor. Colleagues and I ordered three burgers. One burger was brought out. Had to then ask the server multiple times on status of the other two burgers, as all other patrons that arrived after us had received their food. It took more than 45 minutes to get the other two burgers. And don't order the burger. Simply put, it tastes disgusting. Overall experience at this hotel was the worst, and I do a lot of international business travel across Asia.

Easy stay within the airport
Nice place to stay in airport hotel. There is some noise if guests are loud. I felt that most people were pretty respectful. Our room was on the first floor. It has a nice restaurant within the hotel with a very good selection & great quality. The service was impeccable through out our stay & the ease of transitioning to the airport was wonderful. If passing through I would stay again.
