I enjoyed everything I will definitely be coming back

I absolutely loved the place, there are so many things to do and so much variety in restaurants. Customer service was also great. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was to have more seafood in the buffet since they only had shrimp cocktail and ceviche.

Had a great time. The room, the food, the entertainment, the beach, and the service were all great! There was a few different beach areas and a great snorkeling spot. There were canoes and paddle boards for us to use and there was a adult only pool area. Events were planned throughout the day and in the evening. We never had a dull moment during our visit. There was plenty of space to social distance and to relax without anyone else around for those who wanted alone time.

Check in at BP Akumal by Francisco has been one of the best experiences we’ve received at a resort. We travel quite a few times a year! Service was good, we did encounter a few hiccups which were taken care of immediately one by Catalino at the buffet restaurant. Secondly Yamile manager from front desk/ or Operations is the most Customer Service oriented young lady I’ve ever met . She truly is a professional who carries passion and proves that she loves what she does. BPA is very lucky to have an Asset like Yamile representing Bahia Principe. Israel from the seafood restaurant also made our stay very pleasant. This was our first time at BPA and rest assure it won’t be our last one! Thanks to all of you that made our stay better than expected!

I was very impressed by the staff and general running of this hotel. They were well prepared to handle all covid 19 issues (social distancing and cleaniness) and tropical strom/hurricane Gemma. T I felt safe at all times and was able to have a great time

Es mucho lo que puedo decir de este Hotel. Excelente atencion a los huespes, desde el de seguridad que te recibe en la entrada hasta cada uno de sus empleados. Los cuartos son limpios y bien equipados y organizados. La Comida divina y en las areas comunes bien cuidadas y atendidas, La verdad mi experience fue inolvidable. Apesar de que durante nuestra estadia fuimos sacudidos por la Tormenta GAMMA y la propiedad sufrio daños considerable, la atencion de sus empleados nunca cambio, fueron unidos y solidarios en mantener la propiedad y los huespedes bien atendidos. Gracias volveremos pronto!!!!!

We were upgraded to the Adults Only building. The sargassum was cleaned off the beach everyday. The pool and beach water was always warm yet refreshing. Plenty of areas to snorkel. The food was delicious but our dinner reservations were the best. Customer service is excellent and the Covid cleaning practices were top notch.

Excellent. The service is very good. Beautiful. The staff very nice
