    The hotel is very pretty, staff is nice, gym is very good, and the location is terrific. The food options are poor. Very limited room service options. Not a very appealing restaurant downstairs either. The bar scene seemed to take priority over those essentials.

    Clean, comfortable property with modern look and conveniences. The staff is over the top friendly. Valet parking is required, and expensive, but that is the only negative I would mention.

    First time staying in a Virgin Hotel and I was super impressed - will be staying in more for sure. Everything was perfectly designed, sophisticated and elegant and fun all together! Rooftop pool was beautiful.. food was great.. service was excellent! Couldnt have been any happier with the hotel!

    Our room was ready as soon as we arrived and every single employee was friendly and ready to assist. The room was awesome, there was a problem with the TV but it was quickly resolved. The pool was great, they need more staff but it was only the 3rd day they had opened the hotel. They need more people cleaning also as there was always trash from the previous night on the rooftop and the elevator button covers were always dirty. Again, they just opened so I would chalk it up to that, hopefully they will get more staff soon. Thanks to Annie, Steven Rogers and Josh for all their assistance when needed.
