AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Extremely rude, disinterested and unprofessional staff running this as a hotel. We had booked a two room JUNIOR SUITE for a two night stay for 3of us. The aircon was non functional and our repeated requests to Matej at reception until 2AM late night/early morning was futile. One bedroom had some fresh air incoming from the so we requested for a rollaway bed or floor mattress so my son could sleep on the floor with us. Matej promised to send it but nothing ever came and our reminder to him resulted in him rudely telling us that he cannot do anything as he is alone and he has already reported matter to the hotel GM. My son slept on a blanket placed on the floor with a pillow. The promised change of room the next day,did not happen nor was the aircon fixed so we slept again without the aircon. To our shock and horror we found bathroom toiletries that were manufactured in 2018 and early 2019 & out of date with the dates roughed/gouged out. The breakfast spread was alright but fruit was rotten,bruised and something that you would throw in the garbage bin. Upon check out the hotel insisted we pay although our stay was prepaid with hotels.com and my receipt clearly stating so. The staff Nina was extremely rude and will hear nothing and threatened us that we cannot leave without paying. The GM while sympathetic,eventually maintained that we had to pay for one night as Hotels.Com had offered us one night waiver.Not wanting to ruin our holiday further we paid and left. Worst experience
