ADA federal violation
My family could not stay. We got to hotel and we could not get to our reserved rooms because the hotel failed to tell us that the elevator has been non functioning for a year. My mother is in a wheelchair and could not get up the 2 flights of stairs. This truly breaks all ADA federal regulations and will be reported.

Great worker but hotel was lacking
I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool and we were traveling with 2 of our grandchildren. I checked the website before booking. When we arrived we were informed the pool had been closed for over a year. The room was clean but the carpet was filthy and the chair had grease from many armas from previous guests...it felt disgusting. I will not go back to this hotel. The only highlight was Judy at the reception. She was very professional and had a great smile.

We arrived and were informed we can't smoke, which we don't and is fine, but he went so far to say if you smoke somewhere else make sure you don't come in smelling like smoke cause if your room smells like smoke you'll be fined as high as 1k and no drinking either. The room air quality is awful. Like sleeping in a moldy basement. Woke up and having difficulty breathing so have to check out early and try to find somewhere to spend 3 hrs before our appointment. Now wheezing and nose won't stop running. Memorial weekend and pool is not open
