Ugh
The stay was very disappointing for the reasons that none of the amenities that a hotel offers or has seemed to be existing or were in working order, the heat/air system was completely dust ridden so my allergies were high, the ice machines were all broken, the pool was not available for reasons other than COVID, There was litterly nothing offered for a continental breakfast not even fruit or toast, Also the manager was very standoffish and seemed not to care to much about us when I asked for replacement towels due to they were dingy also the shower kept going from scolding hot to spurts of ice cold temperature. I am not satisfied with my stay nor experience at this wyndom resort, a refund would be nice or a stay in a more appealing spot

Worst stay possible
We 1st. Booked the room. No problems there, in fact they were above accommodating. We got in early that morning at 8:30am. We appreciated that as we had cats. The room was cold the heat didn't work. Right outside our window there was many, many piles of dog poop!! My cat hid somewhere for a bit that morning we checked out. We pulled back the mattress to look for her and there was so much old food and plain garbage. Very dirty room in general. There was old food on the microwave that wasn't even wiped off. Actually felt dirty after leaving that motel.

the stay was not good it was awful the room had an awful order it stunk so bad and the bedding was dirty and they refused to change the sheets and bedding there was dry blood on the sheets was no coffee or breakfast was not able to use the pool the staff was not helpful or friendly

We had ground floor and close to the door which was good for us as we are getting up in year. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and just the right hight for our short legs. Thank you for the reasonable rates.

Everything I didn’t like. At checkin I was given a room on 2nd floor and with my health issues and no elevator to use I asked for a room on 1st floor and got denied was told there wasn’t any room left on 1st floor. And the parking lot wasn’t that full. I asked for a extra pillow was told they do t have any. The pillows I was given 1was flat and the other one not as flat but both were small and old and cotton and no support. I felt the springs on the mattress. When laying in bed my head felt slanted. There was a old vent in the room that was full of dust inside vent. When I got there the window was open towards the tops closed towards bottom so it was off balance. As late as 1. Am I had to hear a lot of door slamming when I mentioned it to a staff member I was told nothing they could go as people come and go all night. That’s Bull.

The room was okay, the heater wasnt working properly, (temp outside was 2°F) so it was chilly. The worst thing though, housekeeping barged into my room 45minutes before check out!!!! Good thing my bf and I were just putting our clothes back on..... RUDE!

Several motels and hotels in the immediate area, so I'd guess margins might be strained. Too, my stay comes not so long after government shut down travel to slow COVID-19, so full recovery may not yet be achieved.
