Ugh
The stay was very disappointing for the reasons that none of the amenities that a hotel offers or has seemed to be existing or were in working order, the heat/air system was completely dust ridden so my allergies were high, the ice machines were all broken, the pool was not available for reasons other than COVID, There was litterly nothing offered for a continental breakfast not even fruit or toast, Also the manager was very standoffish and seemed not to care to much about us when I asked for replacement towels due to they were dingy also the shower kept going from scolding hot to spurts of ice cold temperature. I am not satisfied with my stay nor experience at this wyndom resort, a refund would be nice or a stay in a more appealing spot
