This is a nice hotel that is located in a central location. There is a Starbucks across the street which is nice. You are able to get to any part of Guadalajara easily.

Awful rooms, outdated , got the room and the lights didn’t work, sink was broken, trash cans don’t work either, requests another room, was really hard to get one , then when we got the new room was worse than the first one! Really bad customer service , complaint about all of these several Times and didn’t do anything. So no I won’t be going back to that hotel chain and don’t recommend to stay there.

I have been staying there for over 30 years but hadn't been there for over two years - the reception staff wasn't helpful when asked to re-key the key since they stopped working - I had to ask for coffee when they used to have it in your room as courtesy automatically - now is courtesy but on a ask basis - valet parking in the afternoon is slow - though morning is great Homero has been there for many years and continues to provide wonderful service
