Only thing that was hard was sharking the parking lot with Sharkey's. Although there is another overflow parking lot.

Good room and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit dated but it's an affordable room on the beach! I have no complaints. Pleasant stay. We even got a free sunset cruise ticket and free kids meal at sharkeys. It was quicker and easier to get to the beach than the 400/night room I book last time.

It was great, the location was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom and sink were renovated. The only thing they really need to change is the exterior. The hallways are a bit run-down, and the elevator needs better ventilation.

The beach view was good. As far as hot water it was lukewarm at best and nothing wanted to drain properly but I can give a pass on that because I know sand wreaks havoc on drains.
