Moldy property, would not recommend.
The property had maintenance issues and mold issues. Moved rooms 3 times and they all had mold issues. Wall paper pealing off all of the walls. Really felt like staying in a motel 6. Everything on the property is a mile walk from everything else. Customer service was lacking as well, no follow ups, no one asked how the stay was. When the pools closed the staff just yelled "Get out, go back to your room." In a rude tone. View was wonderful, pools were big, lots of slides. Air breathing sharks were nice to watch. Not worth the price of the rooms.

AMAZING place... you never need to leave! We spent two glorious nights here and then moved closer to Kona town for a totally different experience. It was very expensive but you can see why when you are staying there.

Very nice stay but wish things were open later and that there was more restaurant options for lunch. Had a couple of unfriendly staff members but most were friendly enough. Also they add on a lot of extra fees and the end of your stay so be prepared

This is a great property with all the amenities you'll need for a family vacation. Also, lots of shopping nearby and a shuttle to the shopping. A car isn't needed unless you want to tour the island on your own. The resort is mostly in great shape, but could use some updates in places.
