Family overnight stay
When we arrived there was barking dog in a room giving me anxiety during the booking phase of my stay. The large blue water slide was out of service which was one of the main reasons we booked at that hotel. The hotel did try to call but the number was not one I recognized and did not receive the call notifying us the slide was out of order. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Although we could hear others in the next room, we did rest. I could tell our room must have had an animal in it in the past as we could smell dog and see tiny dog hairs.

This hotel was everything we hoped for plus some. The waterpark and breakfast were great and the room for our large family worked great. Hotel staff were excellent, it was refreshing to experience customer service once again.

Not like it used to be... in a GOOD way!
I was told by some colleagues AFTER I'd booked my room here that the place wasn't worth it. Rundown, dirty, rude, etc... They had stayed there BEFORE it became BW. I'm happy to report all that has apparently changed because my stay was GREAT! The hotel had obviously been remodeled lately. The lobby and my room were both clean, modern, and pleasant. The clerk was very friendly and polite. I didn't have the time to use the INDOOR WATER PARK but it looked like a lot of fun. I ended up staying an extra night after I'd checked out so I had 2 different rooms. Equally as satisfying. I let my colleagues know it wasn't the same old place and was actually very nice now. I didn't use the breakfast but it did look like a good variety there...
