The property doesnt appear to have an effective policy for dogs. I understand people travel with pets and have done so myself. However, you are typically assigned a section of the property that is least likely to disrupt other guests with any barking. We had a room in the middle of the building and were awoken by neabour dogs barking on multiple occations bwetween 4am and 8am.

We have stayed here 4 yrs in a row as it is close to the Hospital. I understand it will be renovated in the coming months which it seriously needs. Our room was clean, the bed was good and the service was good. We will come again next year.

Could not get an access key to work for our room. Had to move us. Building is very run down and continental breakfast was extremely limited.

Had a yappy dog 2 doors down that barked for nearly 12 hours. Woke my 7 yr old up twice.complained. however nothing was done.$90 to stay at a dog pound.on a lighter note. The breakfast had a decent selection.

Good proximity to downtown but the building is not in great shape. Get what you pay for.

I guess you can’t expect too much for the low rate charged at this hotel. My room was sparse, it appeared a queen bed had been removed and then nothing replaced in it’s place like a sofa or chair. The bathroom area had some repairs done but still needed to be painted. On the bright side my room had a flat screen T.V. with good reception, fresh towels, and the bed was comfortable.
