The front desk clerk when I checked in wasnt very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I checked out the next day my car battery was dead and road service was going to take to long since I had to be somewhere. I asked the front desk clerk if he knew anyone who could jump start my car. He called someone but didn't get an answer so he said he could do it. Thanks to Kevin I got my car started and got to where I had to go on time. Thank you Kevin for going above and beyond for me!!

The door to 215 needs attention or reset. Also no elevator, the kind dest man put us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. My wife at 81 couldn’t climb the stairs to the 3rd floor.
